On September 16, 2009 Greg Slate filed a lawsuit against ABC news claiming that he owned videotape from a policeabuse.com investigation. In 30 years of conducting hidden camera work we have never released video nor authorized anyone to make such a claim. If you view our tapes You will see nearly a dozen different undercover investigators. None of them ever claimed ownership over video shot by the organization. Slate’s ego separates him from the rest. Slate is delusional. As with many of his escapades he has convinced himself off facts completely detached from reality.
Greg Slate was terminated from The Police Complaint Center for embezzlement
December of 2007. After being fired he began posting smears on the internet.
His parents Geoffrey and Theresa Johnson
helped him to commit a number of crimes. The family is under investigation for
insurance fraud in 2 states. His parents also allowed him to host a site
under their names where defamatory materials were stored. After a subpoena
from the Sheriff and our filing of a civil suit the site was taken down.
Before Slate attacked our business he sent a flyer to 8000 homes in his
father's neighborhood claiming that his mother was selling prostitution
services from the family doublewide. This is my conversation with Slate's
father.
