Dear Mr. Slate: 

You may remember me – I was the attorney you called and threatened and had my phone disconnected illegally through identity theft.  Its interesting how things turn out.  Anyway, I am not contacting you to reminisce about old times, but rather to discuss your current troublesome activities. 

As you are aware, you have been trying to undermine Mr. Kamau’s business after being terminated by his organization.  What you may not know is that you signed a Confidentiality Agreement which severely limits your post employment actions.  In fact, you have violated a number of the provisions in the agreement, which subject you to injunctive relief and damages.   Without enumerating all the aggravating things you have done, suffice is to say that your attempts have been designed to damage his business by spreading lies and innuendo, as well as disclosing confidential information.  This is notice for you to cease and desist immediately, or subject yourself to all the remedies of the legal system.  In the event suit is brought against you, all your assets would be subject to collection, such as any of the properties you own. 

I request that you e-mail me confirmation of your intent to abide by these terms and cease any  further contact of former clients or use of information obtained from the Police Complaint Center. In return,  Mr. Kamau will remove your name from the Web page and not mention your name in the future.  He does not want to have to sue you, but he will if you do not abide by these terms.  Please let me know within the next 5 days or Mr. Kamau will pursue his legal remedies.
